Hilary is a total type A personality and loves the efficiency of living close to everything. Since 2005, she has been serving buyers and sellers in the Triangle and chose to specialize in walkable neighborhoods by launching Metro Digs in 2016. After a whirlwind of change and new tech in the industry, she discovered NextHome, a brand that shared a lot of the same values of consumer orientation and authenticity. Merging the (now) Metro Digs Group under the Next Home Triangle Properties franchise in 2024, Hilary and the team gained access even more resources to serve buyers and sellers in an ever-changing marketplace.
Her real estate career has included successfully marketing several Downtown Raleigh projects including The Ten at South Person, Palladium Plaza, and Blount Street Commons. Having lived in Five Points, PNC Plaza tower downtown, the Village District, and the Ridge Rd area, she has walked her dogs, run on all the trails, and nerded out at various municipal meetings. She lives the life that she promotes, owning her primary residence and 2 rental properties in walkable neighborhoods.
Hilary is a North Carolina native and earned her Business degree from East Carolina University. She is married with twin boys. She and her husband purchased their first 100% electric vehicle in 2019.

Hilary helped my (now) husband purchase his first home that eventually become our first home. Hilary helped us find a great downtown condo! We are recent empty nesters moving from a big old house and wanted a simpler, urban loft lifestyle. Hilary worked to understand our specific objectives (walkable, low maintenance, modern, outdoor space, etc.) then narrowed her search to likely "fits." There were almost no showings where we had no interest and were very picky! In one building in which we had particular interest, she researched and contacted absentee owners to seek their possible interest in selling.
