Someone once said that Realtors, as a business, were set up kind of like builders. There are custom builders and production builders. Most people understand that. Our group operates much more like a custom builder. We don't advertise and generate a lot of volume of business. We work closely with all of our clients throughout the entire transaction.
Listing older homes takes time and requires attention to detail. Buying an older home takes more time and has more risk associated with it.
